BioDefense Corp. in Lexington, MA is looking for an individual to fill the newly created position of marketing associate manager.

Position summary:
BioDefense Corp. is looking for an individual with sound experience in conducting marketing planning, development, and implementation of marketing programs and providing marketing support for marketing/sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop solution focused marketing materials and sales tools
- Develops and processes ongoing communications programs, both written and oral, and presentations
- Manage a variety of discreet projects of complex marketing campaigns to achieve timely and effective results
- Identify new market opportunities, conduct marketing research including customer, channel, competition, product service and pricing, and develop effective marketing strategy and plans.
- Conduct analysis of market data and customer information, identify patterns, trends and translate those into actionable steps and plans. Provides recommendation and necessary implementation to improve marketing results and customer satisfaction level
- Coordinate and facilitate support for marketing and sales team on special projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with marketing/business concentration, MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years working experience in marketing, responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans requiring customer research, competitive analysis and strategy formulation, marketing program design including setting financial targets and measurable results
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and stand-up presentation
- Strong cross-functional orientation and ability to work successfully in entrepreneurship environment
- Ability to establish and sustain strong customer relationships, preferable with sales experience with defense industry or Fortune 500 companies
- Highly creative and energic individual with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and financial skills - Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to setting and accomplishing challenging goals - Necessary traveling is required
